When you arrive at the Cape Town International Airport, a Travcare representative will be meeting you to help with transferring you to your pre-booked hotel. As is popular knowledge, Cape Town is one of the most popular long haul destinations in the world. Due to its unique topography, it is also one of the easiest places in which to familiarize oneself with. That is, as long as you remember that you have the Table Mountain behind you and the Robben Island in front of you. This simply means that when you are facing north, you are directly looking across the beautiful Table Bay and on the other side is the breath taking west coast of Africa. Overnight at hotel.
You will be provided with all meals for the day. After breakfast, you may leave for the half-day tour of the Mother City. You will be beginning from a scenic coastal drive through Clifton and Sea Point. Later the tour will pass the Houses of Parliament, the Castle, the South Africa Museum, and a few other historical sites, such as District Six, Bo-Kaap, Slave Lodge and more, ending at the bustling Greenmarket Square. A cable car ride will take you up the Table Mountain if the weather permits, or you’ll have to make do with Signal Hill for a breath-taking view over the city with entrance included. After the tour, you return to your hotel and relax for the rest of the day. Overnight at hotel.
All meals will be provided for the day, but you begin with the breakfast. Breakfast will be taken at the hotel itself, after which you will depart for a full day Peninsula tour. This comprehensive tour will show you the best of the spectacular Cape Peninsula and exactly why it is called the Fairest Cape of Cape Town. Travelling past Sea Point and Camps Bay, past the famous beaches of Clifton and Llandudno and moving on to the Hout Bay; driving along the Atlantic Seaboard; passing through the beautiful scenery of Noordhoek and Scarborough, anyone will fall for this amazing place. Later you will be taken to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve where you can enjoy the funicular ride aboard the “Flying Dutchman” and take pleasure in the unforgettable spectacular views. You will definitely get the photo opportunity to take some pictures at the second southernmost tip of the African continent as well. From here you will be driving along the Indian Ocean coastline, where you can visit the stunning Boulders Beach, and have the opportunity to sit among the famous colony of Jackass Penguins. Thereafter we enjoy a short stop at the naval port of Simon’s Town and know about the legend of “Able Seaman Just Nuisance” the Great Dane Dog that was inducted in Royal Navy. After this eventful tour, you can return to the hotel satisfied with your day. Overnight at hotel.
In case you don’t know this already, the name of the place is pronounced something like knoi-zz-na, and the place itself is as exotic as the name sounds. It should be some relief that you will be transferred to Knysna right after breakfast. Once there, you can go on a cruise to the vast Knysna Lagoon. While enjoying an amazing view of the imposing sandstone ‘Heads’ which guard the sea entrance to Knysna’s huge tidal lagoon, you can also appreciate the bounty natural exquisiteness in the forests, marshes and pristine beaches surrounding it. You are free to spend the afternoon discovering the joys of the town’s many art galleries, craft shops and coffee bars. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, you will leave for Oudtshoorn. It is also famously known as the ‘Feather Capital of the World’, thanks to its huge ostrich industry. Also, this place is not as famous for the natural views as for the ostriches! But that’s not to say there’s nothing much to do here besides watching the big birds. On the way, you will visit a crocodile Park where you will have opportunity to take pictures with the Cheetah. In Oudtshoorn you will be going underground to marvel at the icy formations in the Cango Caves, which are regarded as one of South Africa’s most spectacular natural wonders. Overnight at hotel.
This day will be more for fun activities and relaxing than sightseeing. Right after breakfast, you will be transferred to the George airport to board a flight to Joburg. Arrive and then again transfer to Entabeni Private Game reserve. Arrive and check in at the pre-booked lodge and rest for a while. In the afternoon, you will be free to enjoy the game drive. Overnight stay at the lodge.

Enjoy your lunch at the Raj Indian Restaurant, after which you can opt to relax at the Valley of the Waves, or to take a walk through the gardens of the Lost City. This magical city knows no limits! And you have the chance to win a fortune at the Casino and Entertainment Centre. There are also lavish extravaganzas and a large number of restaurants to cater for every taste. Overnight at hotel.

The various activities to choose from include a Victorian fun fair, miners’ houses, brewery, pubs, restaurants and stock exchange. You can even watch molten gold being poured and take a trip down an old mine shaft. Tribal dancing adds to the entertainment. Overnight at hotel.
