3 Hours Before Flight Time
Meet and greet others on arrival at NJP / IXB and then transfer to Darjeeling, one of the most magnificent hill resorts in the world. Your evening will be free to explore this Hill queen. Overnight stay at hotel.
Begin the morning as early as 04:00 am and visit the Tiger Hill, famous for sunrise over Mt. Kanchendzonga. On your way back, visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop and return to the hotel. After breakfast proceed for a visit of the 7 points, covering The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute & PNZ Zoological Park, both of which are closed on Thursdays. This trip also includes Tenzing Rock, Tibetans Refuge Centre (closed on Sundays), the outer view of Tea Garden, Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda and Ropeway. Ropeway is an operational, rope ride ticket to be paid by guests directly. overnight stay at hotel.
In the morning, you will be transferred to Gangtok via Peshok Tea Gardens. On arrival, check in at the hotel. After freshening up, use the half day for sightseeing again. Visit The Banjhakhri Water Falls, cable cars, which can be taken by buying your own tickets and Do-Dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology, which is closed on Sundays. Flower shows and Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms is also worth visiting, but these are closed on Sundays as well. Overnight stay at hotel.
The timing of this excursion will depend on the issuance of Permit. This includes a day excursion to the Tsomgo Lake which is situated at a height of 3,780 meters, with an average depth of 50 ft. We will also visit the Baba Mandir, the shrine made in the memory of sepoy Harbahajan Singh. After this, we return to Gangtok. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Dropping you from Gangtok to NJP / IXB After breakfast, you will be dropped for NJP or Bagdogara for return journey. The tour ends here.
